Hello I noticed that the problem occured on the recieving server of hotmail. Do you have this problem with other domains? like flashmail ? I've heard M$ put some WinC(r)ash2000 boxes in hotmail again (about 1 in 10, the others run FreeBSD). That could very well be the problem...
