Caleb,
As far as I know HFS+ never supported writting. This is the
description I get for HFS+:
"A portable, free implementation of routines for accessing HFS+
volumes. Currently only reading is supported. Authors: -------- Klaus
Halfmann".
Maybe there is other software that supports writing to hfs disks. Try
hfsutils or something like that.
Cheers,

after updating to 10.3 on my g4 i am having some issues with my hfsplus drives. I can see them fine, but it keeps telling that they are write protected and will not let me write to them, even as root i can't change the permissions. Any ideas ?
