The way I'm doing now is a Little different. I leave that setup as is which indicates kde is the default window manager. I just use the fusion-icon and it works great. Because I use it all the time I added it to autostart so it loads every time. /Configure desktop/advance/autostart. Then from the fusion-icon I do all the changes as in opensuse 11.0 If you have any problems post it. I can tell you it is working great.
