Hi, I found a file in /var/spool/mail called BOGUS.0jcB. It contained nothing. I deleted it as it didn't look as if it ought to be there. It didn't use to be there. Any suggestions as to where it may have come from? Have I been attacked and not noticed? Am running 6.2 with 2.2.10. Lenz ~ anyone ~ What is BOGUS MAIL in /var/spool/mail ? ?
Just guessing, but I think procmail creates such files, if there is a problem during the delivery. Have a look at /var/log/mail, maybe you find a hint in there.
