I have a very funny situation. I have some web pages that use PHP and session data is used. This works fine with MozillaFirebird, Konquerer, Netscape 4.8 and Epiphany, but Galeon seems to loose the session data that is posted somehow. I have checked that cookies are enabled. Any idea what else could cause this? Galeon 1.3.9 -- Andre Truter Software Engineer Registered Linux user #185282 ICQ #40935899 AIM: trusoftzaf http://www.trusoft.za.net ~ A dinosaur is a salamander designed to Mil Spec ~

That would be these bugs (which are duplicates, but the description across both gives the full picture:) http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122377 http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122608 -- James Ogley, Webmaster, Rubber Turnip james@rubberturnip.org.uk http://www.rubberturnip.org.uk Jabber: riggwelter@myjabber.net Using Free Software since 1994, running GNU/Linux (SuSE 8.2). Hmmm... The solution they suggest is to change the default encoding to ISO-8859-1. But my Galeon does not have that option... I'll just use Firebird now until 1.3.9 is available. It's one of the Western encodings -- James Ogley, Webmaster, Rubber Turnip james@rubberturnip.org.uk http://www.rubberturnip.org.uk Jabber: riggwelter@myjabber.net Using Free Software since 1994, running GNU/Linux (SuSE 8.2). GNOME updates for SuSE: http://www.usr-local-bin.org
