Hi,
I may be experiencing same problem. When running startx to get into
kde, error message to the effect that dcopserver isn't running. After
startingthat manually, all if ok. (a) does kdeinit start dcopserver
if it isn't running? (b) can it be started in the boot process; if so,
where?
