Hi, I tried the kernel of the day rpms marked kernel-default-2.6.10-20050125153357.i586.rpm on Suse 9.1. It gave an error about unknown symbol while loading the module for the sound card. The module is snd_intel8x0. There are many errors in the log file like kernel: snd_intel8x0: Unknown parameter `joystick' modprobe: FATAL: Error inserting snd_intel8x0 (/lib/modules/2.6.11-rc2-bk3-20050125153357-default/kernel/sound/pci/snd-intel8x0.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) kernel: snd_intel8x0: Unknown parameter `joystick' If someone from suse who prepares this rpm is on the list, could you please please fix them? thanks, -- Osho
