Old Laz there must've worked for the *house*. That is their line. There is even a commercial here about folks who only buy lottery tickets when there is big money at stake, their contention is, well you *might* win a *small* fortune and that would be a good investment ... but it isn't. I forget what the actuarial guy said but it's about as much chance of being directly hit by lightning in a place where lightning only hits every 10,000 years.
