[SuSE Linux] PCI Modem configuration
I have an E-Tech PCI 56k internal modem which I'm trying to configure. I used minicom
to create a configuration file. I set the serial device to /dev/ttyS2 since my modem is
on the third serial port. The speed is set to 115200bps (Baud/Par/Bits: 115200 8N1). I saved the setup as default and tried to test my modem. I didn't get an OK prompt in the terminal. Oh yes, I also set the modem to the correct port with YaST during the installation. What am I doing wrong? - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/ and the archive at http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html
