[SLE] XFree86 4.0.1 & GLX with Matrox G400
Hello everyone, Has anybody got XFree86 4.0.1 to work with GLX with a Matrox G400 without changing to kernel 2.3.x (since we don't need DRI, but would like to keep being able to run ssystem and co using the dualhead feature). I am trying to set it up on a singlehead system and run into: GLUT: Fatal Error in ssystem: OpenGL GLX extension not supported by display: :0 when starting ssystem and (II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/glx.so (EE) LoadModule: Module glx does not have a glxModuleData data object. (II) Unloading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/glx.so (EE) Failed to load module "glx" (invalid module, 0) in xdm.errors with SuSE6.4, kernel 2.2.14, glxMesa-20000506-1, XFFree86 4.0.1 Thanks for any pointers!
