Possibly, but you get hundreds of them. On major leap upgrades you may find that several applications changed, and their configuration files have to be adapted. Ok. In TW you undergo the same thing, but distributed over many weeks. Now one app changes, then another app changes... All in all, you have to do about the same changes. But earlier.
