[S.u.S.E. Linux] Thanks S.u.S.E., just for being there.
Yesterday I was trying to compile a new kernel and found that I could not make zImage. I kept getting an error about --k being an illegal option. I remembered having had a compilation problem in that past that was resolved on this list. I hit the archive and sure enough it was the same problem. I was up and running in a flash. Its great to have features such as this archive to draw upon. Steve - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
As I recall from my memory, which is less than perfect, I deleted /usr/bin/encaps and all worked for me when I had the same problem you mentioned. -Dee ---------------------------------- W.D.McKinney (Dee) deem@wdm.com No Claim to Fame, Saved by Grace ---------------------------------- - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
