I am using Mozilla 0.9.8 on a Suse 7.3 system. Because I use it for online accounting and banking, (which it does VERY well) I need the java plug in jre131.xpi. The autoinstaller doesn't work, (possibly from my ssslllloooowwww dial up account) so I downloaded it from the listed ftp site. How do I manually install this? Thanks in advance. Harry G

i'm using the ibm java plugin (you can find it on the suse cdroms) just make a symlink to the plugin dir, that's enough. -- greetz Frederik Vos

FIRST, make sure you are root running Mozilla. Then, File>Open File>. Navigate to the xpi file, click OK. When it asks, allow it to install. HTH. -- Joe & Sesil Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871
