Confirmed on my install too, and those titles are in a very random order. Can you file a bug report on Novell bugzilla and advise the ID?

Sorry for replying directly to you David (caffeine levels dangerously low). I found a related bug[0] and it looks like it's been resolved; the gimp-help version shipped with 11.0 was out of date.
