Switching to os-en, the part relevant for 11.2
I never use home repos. I'd try if it were in a normal repo maintained by Novell people. Home repos are private playgrounds, not for use unless told by the maintainer (and I trust him/her) It's located in Base:System/cdrtools which unfortunately only has factory repos but I linked to it in my home:plater project and it builds for 11.2, I'm still on 11.3, just needed to link to smake (Schilly's own rendition of make, as if we needed another one)
:-)
It would be available for all to use if it's author wasn't so pig headed about granting permission for re-licensing.
I guess. By the way, I'm attempting to install your rpm. Shouldn't it conflict "cdrkit-cdrtools-compat"? I had to manually remove it. At least he is correct in that his software does produce a sensible error message: ... Trying to clear drive status. I got the original package from home:hennichodernich cdrtools and then cleaned up the spec and linked to Base:Systems. I just checked the diff and there's no missing obsoletes or provides for "cdrkit-cdrtools-compat" and it isn't installed on my system, I tried out cdrtools today although it's been installed for a few days. I suppose I'd better put something into the spec file to remove "cdrkit-cdrtools-compat" now I've made it public. Thanks for pointing it out. I really don't care what is said about me by somebody who's vendetta clouds his judgement. It's a shame that such intelligence gets wasted on such a stupid campaign against open source licensing. I'd still love to know what triggered it. Regards Dave P -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I added : +Provides: genisoimage = %{version} +Obsoletes: genisoimage < %{version} Everything else seemed to need genisoimage so it should work. Dave P -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
