Hi all, I'm using xen for quite a while, and personally i'm quite satisfied with it. However, regularly i've got questions about KVM/vmware, so i want to be able to provide it also. But not "instead of xen".
From the latest weekly rapport i understand (correct me if i am wrong) that a system can either host virtual xen-images OR kvm-images, but never both simultaneously.
Is this indeed so? And if so is this a choice or something more fundamental.... I mean, with 8 cores and 36G mem, it is a waste to have a dedicated machine for one or two KVM-images. So is it (theoretically) possible to have multiple virtualisation techniques running side-by-side? like: -xen -kvm -vmware hw -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
