[opensuse] 4K QFHD laptop experience?
Hi Folks, I have a customer who says they need a 17-inch 4K QFHD (3840x2160) laptop. Defer for a minute discussion that this is a wise choice in the first place, does anyone have any experience with Leap working on a 4K display? It would probably have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 98M frame buffer. It would also have 64-GB of RAM. Thanks, Lew -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I've checked all the rule books, and I can't find anywhere where it says its permissible to use the word ONLY before the phrase 32gm Memory. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
My work laptop's "display" is technically 4920x1080 (three 1920x1080 displays spanned together) and works splendidly :) Lenovo W530 laptop (NVIDIA Quadro K1000M) with two Samsung 21" LCDs running oS 13.1 evergreen.

There seem to be several. I was quoted this: Clevo P870DM-G 17.3" Core™ i7, NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 980M G-SYNC Graphics Gaming Laptop The vendor said it's back ordered, delivery in a few weeks. They assured me it was 4K Then there's this one that looks like it's really a Clevo: Eurocom Sky X9W http://www.eurocom.com/ec/configure(2,346,0)ec and http://gadgets.ndtv.com/laptops/news/meet-the-laptop-with-64gb-ram-5tb-ssd-a... Lenovo also has their P70: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/p-series/p70/#SYSTEM I priced this one at around $6,000 US.
