[opensuse] Follow-up on earlier swap issue
Back in the spring I reported a problem where an application would periodically not get to run when it was generating lots of data headed to an XFS file system. The good folk on this list helped me implement a work around that saved the day. (Gotta love this list!) I saw a reference in the oS 13.1 release info to a kernel improvement that sounds like it is addressing my very problem. http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=75... I hope I get a chance to test this to see if it effects my problem. I just posted this FYI. -- Yours sincerely, Roger Oberholtzer Ramböll RST / Systems Office: Int +46 10-615 60 20 Mobile: Int +46 70-815 1696 roger.oberholtzer@ramboll.se ________________________________________ Ramböll Sverige AB Krukmakargatan 21 P.O.
