[opensuse] Problem with FTP
I'm using Konqueror to ftp files up to my various servers. I've had this issue before and don't know how I fixed it. I'm trying to upload a rather large file - 120MB - to my server. It uploads to 100% then 'stalls' on Konqueror. I get a file that is myfile.ext.part. It has the same size but is not complete and is 'corrupted' when downloaded. Any ideas? -- kai ponte www.perfectreign.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I must admit on my rare lapses to the GUI to do stuff I have found KBear to rather useful as an FTP client. IIRC A bit more stable with full logging capabilities, great for when you are having FTP problems. Dunno whether it is still around and what it is like now... - -- ============================================================================== I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
