Hello All, I dont know if any body else have noticed this, I found that my DSL connection that use to fast in Linux is now slow, there are long delay when I click on a page. I stated noticing this after the installation of SuSE 10.1 could this be related with the introduction of the new NetworkManager? Is there a way I can disable this so I can test my theory? I was able to compare because Im still using a dual boot and I dont experience the same delay in windows. Thanks for any help. |__|___|___|__\\|// - ?__|___|_____|___|_____| |__|___|___|__(o o)______|___|_____|___|_____| |__|___|___oOOO(_)OOOo____|___|_____|___|_____| email : ephlodur@rocketmail.com What we need is Awareness we can't get carelless. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Is this specific to konqueror (try firefox for comparison)? If so, you may want to try changing it to KDE_USE_IPV6="no" in /etc/sysconfig/windowmanager. Greetings from Stuhr hartmut

Go in Yast under network devices and select to use ifplugd instead of the network manager. -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
