It certainly does - it would be more accurate if it said 'you can't access ANY feature of this site ... Since they don't even provide a contact email for us to write in with 'Sorry, your site's so badly designed that people using the same OS most webservers use can't read it, please fix your damn site rather than putting up arrogant messages' my suggestion is no-one buy any Motorola kit. what is the address of the site? as a motorola (LMR) dealer, i have used their public U.S. site and have access to several of their secure sites, i use Linux almost exclusively, (writing this reply on a Sparc 20 using SuSE Linux 7.0) and usually use nutscrape with java disabled, sometimes the java thing messes me up, but mostly their sites work fine, at least i never saw such a message about the OS i was using....... from dealing with their engineers, i've learned that until recently most of their design work, and in-house accounting was done on Unix or OS2 platforms........ anyway i'd love to drop them a line for you, just need the address of the site you're refering to.......

I just tried it with Konqueror. It works fine with that but anyway I believe that Motorola, should not put a message specific to OS when trying to access the site with Netscape on Linux. I am having a similar problem with www.netbenefits.401k.com. If I select "Access My Account" I get a screen that wants to take me to either Exploder or Netscape downloads. BTW, this is a critical problem for me. I need to get my money out of the stock market before I lose everything. I am using one of the latest nightly builds of Mozilla. Konqueror won't get me in either. Neither will Netscape 4.62. This just started happening in the past week. Help, Jim Ajay Sewpaul wrote:

www.motorola.co.uk seems to be a bit strange - you can't get to it with a straight motorola.co.uk - the motorola.co.uk domain seems only to be the website, with no other services involved. Hence my mail to webmaster@motorola.co.uk bounced.
