Now when I try to enter ->text in the search box nothing happens. Can't even get the flashing 'text ->entry' cursor. On other 8.2 installs this works OK -> ->This failing system is up to date on SuSE YOU fixes. -> ->Any one else seen this? Ideas? It's most likely related to the chosing of new software bug I've been seeing. When I go into YaST to add software it tells me the deps and I click ok to install them. It then throws an OK/Cancel button up and doesn't do anything..it doesn't even let me close the Windows. It just blinks when clicked. I wouldn't have even noticed it had the distro been up on the ftp site so I could have used apt to install the software.
