It isn't necessary to "reply to all" which causes two copies to go to the poster. If you do not have a "reply to list" option then delete the poster's email address when replying.

because of this is happening more than usual, which can be caused by different reasons (surely lack of time to check the recipients' addresses, etc) I'd like to suggest to the list owner to add a "Reply-To" into the email header.
