Looking for info on beowulf clustering under SuSE..... What do I need for that? Tried looking for www.beowulf.org but no go..... Got no idea what to do with this, so I hope someboy knowns about it. Or knows where I can get the right info for it...... The idea is to use it for a school project which calculates a mandelbrot fractal...... -- Thanks in advance, Stefan -------------------------------------------------------------- Linux a world without borders, fences, windows and gates..... There is an interesting article in the December LUNIXformat magazine about this. It seems that the website referred to in the article - www.beowulf.org - is not working right now. There are some other resources you can look at though. A how-to at: http://www.fysik.dtu.dk/CAMP/cluster-howto.html A news/resource website at: http://beowulf-underground.org/ The software package - PVM Parallel Virtual Machine (both Linux and Windows versions) at: http://www.epm.ornl.gov/pvm/pvm_home.html Clayton
