rcapache start run "insserv apache" to make it start at bootup. regards Anders -- `When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, `it means just what I choose it to mean -- neither more nor less.'

You don't want to run apache from inetd. It's started by /etc/init.d/apache. To make it start automatically at boot, insserv /etc/init.d/apache -- -ckm
