It's in the Repo (dated 03/18/2013): ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/packman/suse/openSUSE_12.3/Multimedia/x86_64/cinelerra-2.2cv20111114-13.1.x86_64.rpm But the spec does seem broken ATM (it won't build on <= 12.3 anymore).
