Don't use the help system so I'm not sure about the first but webmin uses it's own server, miniserv, not apache, whatever, and, unless the SuSE help system uses the same, (which is very unlikely), I doubt that the 2 issues are related. SuSE Help used to work. Now, "This host is not configured as server for the SuSE help system" appears on the help startup page. How does one configure httpd to handle the Help System?

I also get a "connection to localhost refused" when I attempt to start Webmin 0.90. Is this related/
