Siebel Clients for Linux
Hello All, Does anyone know of a Siebel client for Linux, my current attempts at getting the thin client to work with IE under both Wine (25th Jul) and Crossover 4.2 have so far failed without even a spectacle. The thin client seems to use some ActiveX component which I had hoped Crossover would work around, and although it installs, whenever I try to access the sight it crashes. Whether this is the fault of the browser or Siebel I cannot be sure :) Many Thanks, Ben

I think you'd probably be better off asking Siebel. If you've got Siebel sw installed, you've obviously got paid licenses and support. Or maybe you have already asked them, but got nowhere? /Per Jessen, Zürich -- http://www.spamchek.com/freetrial - managed anti-spam and anti-virus solution. Sign up for your free 30-day trial now!

Its more of a case of weve got it, but the person who set it up and ran it left the company last year and support ran out. As a result I'm stumbling around in the dark without a clue. Cheers, Ben
