[SuSE Linux] A couple questions about kppp, Netscape sound and dial-up
Hello SuSE folks ! I got a strange behavior of kppp. When my SuSE 6.0 box just booted up and shows kdm graphical login, kppp starts dial up Internet connection even before I got into KDE or Windowmaker. What should I change in the setting to avoid this unwanted kppp behavior? I really want to start dial up connectin when I invoke Netscape. For now I invoke kppp, start dial up connection and only after pops up Netscape. How I can do it in reverse order ? Does somebody know how to enable sound in Netscape 4.5? Could somebody poin me on a good e-mail server program which allows to create a couple e-mail accounts, has a graphical interface and featured with remotely e-mail boxes monitoring option over Internet? For example kind of program similar to Mail Gear 1.0 (URL-Labs Inc.)that I'm using for Winbloze NT server.
