Kernel with OCFS2 1.1.8?

The OCFS2 version in SP3 is 1.1.7. We have a severe problem with cluster nodes becoming unresponsive. After one node becomes unresponsive, the other is fenced by OCFS2 => cluster down. A suspect (among others) is OCFS2. Can we have a kernel with 1.1.8? It says it fixed some DLM mastery problems, whatever that is.

Silviu,
first of all, if you don't know what the real problems are (yes, the
"DLM mastery" thing could be among them), it is generally a bad idea
to switch to OCFS, since both are not compatible and OCFS2 is only
supported by 2.6 kernels. Secondly, I suppose you're running SLES 9,
you should get the latest kernel version (SP2+), update the
appropriate packages (ocfs2tools and ocfs2console, I think) and
investigate the problem further before taking any measures.
