Thanks, Andre, for your thoughtfulness. I am debating whether to sit around for SuSE, switch to Caldera, or reorder to a US address. Seems pretty stupid, when all I am trying to do is buy from SuSE, exactly as I did last year when they had no trouble sending 7.3 to me, and I rather obviously had no trouble receiving it. We Canucks are quiet folks, but we do not handle uninformed arrogance very well at all. Thanks again .... George
