[opensuse] Links from external apps end up in file:///var/tmp/kdecache-bob/krun/31085_0_
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 This is a problem I had many years ago, and I can't remember how it got solved. I've also tried googling, but I suspect I'm not using the best search terms to get the answer I need. When I click on a link in an email message in Thunderbird 31.1.1 (recent upgrade from the Mozilla repo), Firefox 32.0 tries to open a link such as file:///var/tmp/kdecache-bob/krun/31085_0_. As this is not a page on the WWW but simply a file on my local machine, it is useless. Any suggestions, please?
