Might help us diagnose it if you indicated what problems you were having.
My ethernet doesn't work. WinXP Pro is my guest. DHCP isn't working. ipconfig -renew isn't work. It's weird. At one point starting vmware in the runlevel editor gave me an error message. Now it doesn't. However, networking still isn't working. Preston

It might be worth a trip thru vmware-config.pl again to see if it missed the question about setting up the vmware dhcp server. It runs a separate little dhcp server for your VMs, and on occasion it can get hozed. -- _____________________________________ John Andersen
