[opensuse] Issues with evdev driver and keyboard?

Hello, I use openSUSE 11.1 with kernel 2.6.27.23-0.1, running KDE. I access both, the mouse and the keyboard with the evdev driver. The keyboard is connected via PS/2. The mouse works fine, but the keyboard sometimes stops working under KDE. So I wonder, is there a known issue with evdev and keyboards? As mentioned, the mouse runs perfect with evdev. There was few people looking for help on this list. You may look archives for keyboard related problems. -- Regards, Rajko http://news.opensuse.org/category/people-of-opensuse/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Ok, I will search the archive. In the meantime i found something about recommending to set BIOS option "system keyboard" from absent to enabled, I will see if this helps....
