I have had good luck with vsftpd, which is on the 10.0 DVD and the 8.2 and 9.3 CDs (don't know about the 10.0 CDs).

This raises a question? The Suse repositories for version 10.0 did not have as many packages as other versions, like 9.3. I have always assumeed that you should use installs for your version only. Are you suggesting I could install packages intended for older versions of Suse? Matt
