Hi all, Does anyone have any suggestions of ISDN TAs for use in the UK? Yes, I can look through the compatibility list, but I was wondering if anyone has any good/bad experience with particular adapters or makes of adapter. Any suggestions at all appreciated (hoping to buy within the next week...). Second question - I'm intending to use a 486 DX/33 with 24M of RAM as the router. Will this be able to cope with the bandwidth requirements? It will also be running caching DNS and full mail server... Hi, I am using a BT Speedway PCI ISDN Card it cost about £40-50. I have used it with SuSE 6.3/6.4 and 7.0 and, dare I say it Win 95/98 and ME. The card is in fact a "BT badged" Fritz PCI card details from http://www.avm.de Absolutely no problems on any of the Operating systems i have used. http://www.simply.co.uk have it for £44.64 Stu -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq

Thanks for that. Unfortunately there aren't any PCI slots in the router box, so it really needs to be an external TA. I have heard good things about Fritz ISDN equipment. Any other suggestions?
