Yes, I finally got it working. Writing this in Netscape using Netzero. I had to add "search netzero.net" to my resolv.conf file. The only prob that comes up sometimes when I first use Netscape is that it can't find "localuser.localdomain" I don't know which file to fix to stop this error. This Netzero works great in Linux.

I managed to set up my linux box so i can use netzero... :) all you need to do is get the encryption program form members.xoom.com/xminister (it's a windblows program) and copy your encrypted username and password. then set up ur pppd w/ the copied lusername and password. in resolv.conf, set your NS to 192.33.4.10
If you want to use netzero in windblows too, wihout the banners, all you have to do is delete the contents of the file net.dll (it's somewhere in <netzero dir>/bin i think). make sure you make a backup cpy of the file b4 you modify it...
Have fun. I hope this information is useful 2 u.
