Hello everyone, it's been a while. I've got an interesting problem here. Suseplugger doesn't seem to mount my USB hard drive properly anymore. If I let it automount, it will only transfer at USB 1 speed and shows the file system type as floppyfss. If I manually mount it using vfat as the filesystem everything is happy. So, I'm wondering if anyone knows where Suse stores it's settings for suseplugger (if that's even what controls it) and what I should change to get this working properly. Thanks, Daniel

You didn't mention many details, but this sounds like the well-known problem with "sync" mounts. See the release notes (/usr/share/doc/release-notes/) for details.
