If you can make the case to the appropriate law enforcement agency (I'm not sure which that would be--are you in Georgia, too? If not, and this is an interstate matter, perhaps you need to approach the FBI), then they can get a subpoena forcing the ISP to release the person's name, something you cannot do (I hope). Then they can deal with him directly.
Erm, silly question perhaps but are we talking Georgia USA or Georgia the country in Eastern Europe? It's just that the way you mention the police it sounds a bit like the Eastern European country...
Hmmm... I'm confused. I mentioned law enforcement, and by the FBI I meant the U.S. Government's Federal Bureau of Investigation, who deal, among other things, in interstate criminal activity. On the other hand, I cannot answer the question about which Georgia was being referred to, since I'm not the person with the issue. Obviously, I assumed the U.S. state, not the European country.
Lastly, what about what I said reminds you of an "Easter European country..." And what do you mean by that?
I "assumed" Georgia, USA as well, but it might as well be the country, Georgia. If it is the country, then the person should contact Interpol and not the FBI, as they only handle matters internal to the USA. -- kai ponte www.perfectreign.com $question = $bb|!$b(2)

Normally they handle things internal to USA. They do at times operate in Canada. Why I don't know, but they do.
