I believe the trademark is held by Linus himself. Providing your use of "Linux" is genuine I don't believe he would mind. However, it might be a nice idea to drop him a mail and ask, if for no other reason than to receive an answer from the man himself :-) If he approves, you cannot get a stronger endorsement.
