Wow, I could've sworn I heard mp3's, au's and wav's playing from my Soundblaster AWE32 on my SuSE box :)
It DOES have sound support, you just have to compile it in. RTFM.
Wow... it didn't work for me... any of the 3 ways I tried it.
Is your caer on the list of supported cards?
Wow... is it POSSIBLE that not everything is equal?
there are so many differencys. I remember a young lady trying to get the sound running for a few weeks on the german list before succeeding.
Wow... perhaps people that are having problems getting something to work, and are tired of it, are just supposed to shut up.
well i shut up myself on some occasion, but you tried the list instead of doing so. ;-)) honestly, these list is best for that, only sound might come in somehow difficult and doing support via this list is just _one_ sort of help. And sometimes it happens that problems cannot be solved on the spot. leave it for a week and try to look at it from another angle.
