Not sure (I've never used Cacti), but did you do the Apache configuration as describe here? http://en.opensuse.org/Cacti#Apache_Configuration In that example, the configuration is to have a virtual server with the name "cacti.local" using the ServerName cacti.local DocumentRoot /srv/www/cacti/ ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/cacti-error_log ... </VirtualHost> Therefore you have to use a URL like http://cacti.local/... in your browser for the online configuration done in http://en.opensuse.org/Cacti#In_browser BTW: it's always a good idea to watch the Apache logs, usually somewhere in /var/log/apache2/.
