Hackage of JPMorgan: http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/12/22/entry-point-of-jpmorgan-data-breach-i... Is there any valid two factor authentication method available in Opensuse? I alsked about Yubico's two factor dongles, earlier and got no feed back. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

John, Yubico support in "security" looks way out of date and broken. Looks like someone is working on it: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:Simmphonie:yubico You can find relatively current Yubico packages there. I suspect you will want yubico-pam. If so you can find the install instructions at: http://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3ASimmphonie%3Ayubico&package=yubico-pam Note that I haven't tested it, but it looks good from the outside. How about google authenticator? https://github.com/google/google-authenticator I have it working on my 13.2 without a glitch. It has apps for android and ios. I haven't seen any "standalone" tokens though... -- Tom -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

pam-google-authenticator is available in the security repo, and the
pam-config in the Linux-PAM repo has support for it, looks like it
didn't make the cut in time for 13.2 and I never did maintenance
requests for anything else.
duo_unix is also available in the security repo however you'll need a
bit more infrastructure than pam-google-authenticator to get that
working. I'm not sure if I'll patch pam-config for duo_unix yet,
depends on an external project.
