I also set up a video conferencing reflector for a few cams around the hours, an in-house videoconferencing system (OK, I have a bit too much time on my hands...) and a test irc server for similar purposes (WAY too much time on my hands).

I was just wondering .... What hardware did you use to do the Videoconf..? I would like to set something similiar at home I have a Connectix Cam and also a Miro TV card which I have several times under 95/98 connected a videocamera . also I'm trying to find some additional stuff to control stepper motors possibly in conjunction with the cameras ...etc any hints....
