Compaq do (did?) a dual-port NIC for their servers, standard pci card. Sorry, I forget the name....but it's one of the NetFlex range. On Sunday, February 27, 2000 4:56 AM, John Grant [SMTP:jmgrant@primenet.com] wrote:
Not dual speed, dual PORTS. I've got a gateway box with 2 NICs in it and I'm looking for a single card that can handle 2 10-T connections at once so I can free up a slot.

Does anyone know of a good PCI ethernet NIC with dual 10base-T ports that works with Linux?

There are a lot of good ones out there. Check the SuSE hardware database for options. One I prefer because it is a solid card and is cheap (important part for me) is the netgear fa310tx. It works without any complication with the tulip 2x driver and will run either 10/100.
