I use the new suse 10.0 (RC1). problem is I have upgraded successive betas, so I don't anymore know exactly what is my config. I can play mp3 files with mplayer (sound is quite low), but can't acheive to hear audio cd's. kcd, xmms seems to work, read tracks, but don't issue any sound. so I beg it's a mixer problem. the mixer is kmix (3.4.2). problem is kniw changes layout very often. in the present version, I can't make it give cd sound.
