RE: [SLE] running apache automaticly
edit /etc/rc.config Apache ====== find the line START_HTTPD=no and change to START_HTTPD=yes MYSQL ===== like apache... find the line START_MYSQL=no and change to START_MYSQL=yes then run 'SuSEconfig' without the quotes If the lines don't exist, just add them You could also fire up K..System..SysV Init Editor and add the services in here (and the stopping services). Start apache and mysql in INIT2 and INIT3 at 20. And stop mysql at 10 in INIT2 and INIT3 and 20 for Apache in INIT2 and INIT3. As a precaution I'd check to see if these are trying to get loaded on start up - look at your error logs.
