I don't know if the Suse Firewall can be configured this way - others
on the list will will.
I, myself, would go straight to iptables - and was planning to do so
in the next few weeks in anticipation of exactly the kind of attack
you face.

Just one word of caution: Only one of iptables or ipchains can be in
the Kernel at once, so if you have anything else that already uses
ipchains, you can also do what you need using ipchains instead of
iptables. It's just that iptables is newer (and easier to configure?).
