Video settings are done in SAX2. Make sure you're not forgetting something there.

Thanks for your answer, but no saving/resaving helped. Everything was done properly during SAX2. Helped SysVInit application, where you have to set services that will start, or will not, during different init levels. It allowed to remove "hwscan" service from rc5.d level - and everyhting going now very nice. (Restart keeps going till Autologon, without asking anything)
