[opensuse] Leap 15 / Plasma issue
Don't know why but somehow my plasma desktop dropped all but one of the icons. It is like I have switched to another desktop with only one icon on it.... the ~HOME/Desktop directory shows all are there EXCEPT the one being displayed. This has to be some stupidly easy fix but as yet I have not found it. Maybe someone more fluent in Plasma can point me the way. That sounds like Plasma has lost the path to your ~/Desktop directory and is only displaying the default system desktop icons. Only thought on how to fix it would be to rebuild the current cache with $ kbuildsycoca5 --no-incremental Log out and back in and see if things are better? -- David C.
